Security of information
When creating an Fouremme account or subscribing for the newsletter, make sure you are not using a generic third party email, as this can belong to another person. You must keep all your passwords confidential and not share them with any other person and ensure that your information on the account is always kept updated. If you suspect you have lost your password or somebody else has access to it, you must notify us immediately.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet can never be completely secure. To fulfil an order, we need your payment details which are your credit or debit card number, expiry date, additional any security details that the credit card processor may require such as CCV or cardholder address. All the card details are processed by a third-party Stripe.
We may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity – a credit check is not performed and your credit rating is unaffected.
We endeavour to protect your personal information. Your rights regarding personal information are to withdraw consent, access to information, correct, restrict and correct the information, data portability, to object, and report to the supervisory authority. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org you have any concerns.
